Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Corteron, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Corteron provides an AI-powered operating system that automates business operations across multiple domains. Services include lead capture, nurturing, content creation, sales automation, and reporting. Services are provided as-is and subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service initiation. We accept credit cards and ACH transfers. Billing cycles are monthly. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and notifying us of any changes.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly contracts with 30 days notice required for cancellation. No long-term lock-ins. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@corteron.com. Your service will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

Corteron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Dispute Resolution

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Corteron services.

Modifications

Corteron reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
